O my Eternal Spirit, by Whose breath my heart beats, extend Thy Quickening Power and enlivening Grace to me. Let fulfilment from within meet me at every turn of my life.

Give me Thy Heavenly Blessing as I offer my solemn Vow of Love to all Life.

Beloved God my Eternal Spirit, be near me always; dwell within my mind; keep me pure, brave and earnest.

I now claim Thee, the only and all-conquering Presence; therefore, fulfilment from within breaks out into my outer experience – even with the speed of thought.

I AM the awakening Sacred Fire reminding all Life of God’s Beauty within.

I AM radiating Luminous Energy into everything that I look upon. I AM the custodian of the Sacred Vision of God.

I AM proof against any sudden disturbance, for God is in His temple within me. My bond with sadness and gloom are severed, and my thoughts have taken to Light and Gladness.

I AM the Inviolable Light of God which nothing can disturb.

Holy! Holy! Holy! Lord God Almighty! My song of gratitude shall rise to Thee early in the morning.

Come! Eternal Spirit, fulfil Thy High Work through me.
