Not needing treats of great freedom; the freedom comes from releasing the fear that without a certain person or thing, you won’t be happy.

Anger broadcasts feelings of inadequacy and fear.

When we transform our wanting into preference, not a necessity, we become invisible to the fear associated with the possibility of not actualizing our desire and any attendant anger.

Achieving a state of mind akin to Inner Peace does not depend on the presence or the absence of any person, place, thing, condition or circumstance.

Finding Inner Peace positions us to project peace into our relationships and affairs.

Put yourself in a state and position to need nothing. Judge nothing and choose whatever shows up. Honour your feelings, and if it comes to that, cry your cries and laugh your laughs. Yet when all the emotion is spent, be still and know that you are Complete and Eternal.
